  • Now beta testing - Online Exchanges

    You may exchange your tickets up to 24 hours prior to the ticketed performance time for subscribers (free) and single ticket buyers ($8 per ticket fee).

    Exchanges may be made for the same title for which you currently hold tickets, are at the discretion of DCPA Ticket Services, subject to availability, and may result in an increased ticket price. Other restrictions may apply, including limitations around select titles and performances, ticket types, special promotional, and seasonal offers. There are no exchanges for group sales tickets.

  • Access your tickets with DCPA Ticket Wallet
    All DCPA tickets are available only via DCPA Ticket Wallet. Using your smartphone, login with your current DCPA account email and password to:

    • See your seat locations
    • Share tickets with friends and family
    • Add to Apple Wallet
    • Present your digital tickets for entry at the theatre
    • View tickets for future events

    PLEASE NOTE: The refreshing QR code will activate 3 hours prior to your performance. Printouts and screenshots of tickets are not accepted. If you don’t have a smartphone, select "I would like to pick up tickets at Will Call" in the drop-down menu above to arrange to pick up your tickets before your show.

  • How to request tickets for a not-for-profit organization


    Not-for-profit organizations holding fundraising events can apply for free ticket vouchers to a DCPA show once per year (unfortunately, you cannot request specific shows).

    Please submit requests three months prior to the event. Once your request is confirmed (no need to follow up on your request), you will receive an approval letter including a ticket voucher and marketing materials for the show.

  • Donate Tickets You Can’t Use
    If your plans change, you can donate your tickets back to us for a tax break. Simply complete our form at least one hour before your ticketed performance.
